Collecting, processing and storage of the samples for biobanking. According to SOPs different types of material can be prepared: genomic DNA, buccal swab DNA, plasma, total leukocytes and mononuclear cells.
Storage of samples for the exclusive purposes of a research project approved by the Expert board of the ÚHKT Prague Biobank.
Storage of IHBT diagnostic samples.
All samples are stored in the automatic storage system ASKION C-line® Hermetic Storage in the nitrogen gas phase at down to -185°C.
